Terms and Conditions

I understand and agree to the following in becoming a member of the TPAN:

 

General

By using this website, purchasing a membership or completing our online surveys you permit TPAN or one of its Service Providers to contact you by phone or email, about our products, promotions or other matters that relate to you as a user of the website.

TPAN reserves the right to update these terms from time to time, and all users of the website, membership, past or present, will be bound to these terms for all further dealings with TPAN from the time of the update.

 

Copyright

All text and customised graphics on this website is provided to TPAN under agreement. Under no circumstances is any content to be reproduced.

 

Pricing

All prices displayed on this site are in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive.

 

Refunds and Cancellations

All enquiries in regard to refunds and cancellations need to be lodged using the Membership Change Form available on your Member Dashboard.

Each refund is individually assessed, therefore please take care to provide accurate details when completing the cancellation form. If you make an error when completing a Membership Application please contact us immediately on hotline@tpan.asn.au or 1300 252 777 so it can be rectified.

 

Website Hosting

The domain host of redunion.com.au (and its various subdomains) and tpan.asn.au (and its various subdomains) is RUSH. The content published on this website (tpan.redunion.com.au) is provided on behalf of TPAN.

 

Definitions:

Legal Protection

Neither Red Union Support Hub (RUSH), the TPAN, and/or the TPAA are incorporated legal practices. The TPAA provides industrial support for members but does not provide legal protection.

All references to legal protection (or similar wording) refers to the engagement of a legal practice funded by RUSH to act on behalf of the subscriber for their workplace related matter if appropriate. 

 

TPAA

All references to TPAA on this site refer to VTeachers First Inc (ABN 84 500 241 935) t/a TPAA and Teachers Professional Association of Australia.

 

TPAN

All references to TPAN on this site refer to NSW Teachers Ltd (ACN 675 119 463).

 

Workplace Protection

All references to workplace protection refer to protection offered to members that is strictly of an industrial nature. This protection, does not include services that are of a legal nature.

 

The Teachers' Professional Association of NSW (TPAN) is a professional association. The Teachers' Professional Association of Australia (TPAA) is an industrial association whose principal purpose is to protect and promote the interests of members in matters concerning their employment or professional engagement. No membership fees are used to support any political party (including the ALP), so we are able to source and/or provide representation for all members, on all issues, better than our competitors. Savings of over $479 are just the beginning.
